Since the formation of
the council, and with the help of private citizens
and supportive organizations, the council began a
complete overhaul of the village. This included the
initiation of a study of the villages' resources,
attempting to gain an understanding of the
villager’s short and long term needs, as well as,
preparing studies of structural approaches to
communicating with official and private corporations
and benevolent private individuals. In the previous
period, a number of projects were completed; however
some are still in process.
